About My School
Here are five things that make our school unique
1.We have a school pet for each of our students. They are fish we have over all collected 12 fish we have also got snails but they breed all the time and we cannot keep track of them. this is a special privilege to be able to have school pets because most schools are not allowed to have pets.
2. We are allowed to climb trees and make huts in them this is another cool thing about Pukeokahu school but we can’t be silly in the trees and swing sticks or that privilege will be taken away.
3. We have a lovely community and they all pitch in to help the school for example they all helped with the horse ride and all that sort of stuff.
4. We all know our teachers very well and know all their family and most of their friends.
5. Every 2nd week (almost every) we have fun in the kitchen and make delicious food and then eat it. Last week we made lovely pizzas with our wonderful teacher and they were good to eat.
